And there was certainly lots of interest in a new app we’re developing to help people draft, record and update their own systematic social marketing plans.
The app’s being built by our digital media specialists around Professor Jeff French’s four stage planning model, STELa – scope, test, enact and learn/act. What’s more, it includes a library of all the key analytical tools you need to complete your plan and provides a record of decisions and conclusions as the strategy develops.
At the moment, it’s still a draft version but Prof French officially unveiled it for the first time at the Conference and we’re continuing to test the model and find out how we can refine it ahead of its release later this year.
